From our roots

Two islands. One table.

Somewhere between the cliffs of Petani and the Castle of Panagia, this story began.

That Greek Guy is Bobby's take on the food he grew up around: straightforward, generous and made to bring people together. He grew up at the back of his father's restaurant, watching yiros spits being built by hand and kokoretsi wrapped for the coals. Years later, after a career in professional kitchens, those early memories found their way to Rostrevor—carried forward through fire, food and no-fuss Greek hospitality.
